If you haven’t registered yet, it’s not too late – just follow the link on the sidebar. Why register and raise sponsorship online? Want to support a brilliant Sheffield-based charity?

Ask your friends & family to sponsor you to write for a day. The money will go to SAGE Greenfingers who offer horticultural and creative therapy for people whose lives are affected by mental health issues.

The marathon will be based on Natalie Goldberg’s Writing Practice approach, with timed writing on a huge variety of topics, supported by guest facilitators River Wolton, Patsy Seddon, Sally Goldsmith and others. So that we don’t seize up there’ll be free massage and gentle yoga donated by massage therapists and yoga teachers. If you can’t get to Sheffield, you can join us via Twitter and Facebook.
